Once ripened, they are hand-harvested, pressed and naturally refined, resulting in a product that s as beautiful as it is versatile. We aimed to create a cooking oil that is naturally delicious, healthy and shelf-stable without the addition of unnecessary chemicals… and that s exactly what we ve done.
Chosen Foods Avocado Oil is only ever made with 100% pure hass avocados – nothing else. Drizzle over salads, meats and vegetables and you re sure to taste the difference. You ll also be amazed to know that our avocado oil has a smoke point of 500 degree Fahrenheit (crazy, right?), making it safe to stir-fry, bake or broil.
